Job Context:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Merchandiser (Woven) with 6–7 years of experience in the woven garments sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end merchandising process, from product development to shipment, ensuring compliance with buyer requirements, quality standards, and delivery timelines.

Experience in woven merchandising for Inditex brands is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end merchandising process, from product development to shipment.

• Communicate and coordinate with buyers, suppliers, and factories to ensure smooth order execution.

• Handle sampling, costing, pricing, and order placement in line with buyer requirements.

• Follow up on bulk production, approvals, fabric and trims in-house status, and shipment schedules.

• Coordinate with production, planning, and quality teams to ensure timely delivery and required quality standards.

• Monitor critical paths, T&A calendars, and order progress to ensure on-time shipment.

• Maintain accurate merchandising documentation and regular status reports.

• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with buyers and vendors.
