• Direct working experience with Levi’s and/or PVH is mandatory.

• Strong commercial negotiation and client management skills.

• In-depth knowledge of denim / woven product category.

• Excellent leadership and decision-making capability.

• Ability to manage large-scale operations and multiple stakeholders

Job Context:

We are seeking a highly experienced and result-driven General Manager – Merchandising to lead and manage key global accounts including Levi’s and PVH (Denim/Woven Items). The role requires strong commercial expertise, strategic account management, and end-to-end merchandising leadership to ensure business growth, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the end-to-end merchandising function for Levi’s & PVH accounts.

• Develop and execute business strategies to achieve sales targets, margin growth, and customer expansion.

• Maintain strong relationships with buyers, ensuring customer satisfaction, trust, and long-term partnership.

• Oversee product development, costing, order execution, and critical path management.

• Ensure competitive and accurate costing through effective control over SMV, fabric consumption, and raw material pricing.

• Align with production, planning, sourcing, and QA teams to ensure on-time delivery (OTD) and quality compliance.

• Monitor order status, shipment schedules, and resolve operational challenges proactively.

• Drive capacity planning and resource optimization across units.

• Lead, mentor, and develop merchandising teams to ensure high performance and succession readiness.
