Education:
    • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
  • MBA / Masters in HRM, Management, Business Administration, or related field.

  • PGDHRM / HR Certification will be an added advantage.

Additional Requirements:
  • Age 35 to 55 years
  • Minimum 12–15 years of relevant experience in HR & Admin.

  • At least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role (AGM / DGM / GM).

  • Experience in the RMG / garment sector corporate office is mandatory.



Responsibilities & Context:

Human Resource Management

  • Develop, review, and implement HR strategies, policies, SOPs, and guidelines aligned with company goals.

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection process for corporate & factory-level positions.

  • Plan and execute Training & Development, management development programs, and employee capability improvement initiatives.

  • Drive Performance Management System (PMS), KPI, promotion & increment process.

  • Conduct organizational restructuring, workforce planning, and succession planning.

  • Ensure employee engagement, culture development, and grievance management.

Administration

  • Oversee corporate and factory administrative operations including security, transport, canteen, housekeeping, store, utilities, etc.

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and administrative support to all departments.

  • Monitor safety, security, fire safety, and compliance standards in line with law and buyers’ requirements.

  • Lead facility management, asset management, and ensure cost-effective administrative control.

Compliance & Legal Affairs

  • Ensure compliance as per Bangladesh Labor Act-2006, Labor Rules-2015, and factory compliance standards.

  • Handle disciplinary issues, domestic inquiry, show-cause, warning, separation & legal documentation.

  • Ensure compliance audit readiness (Social, Technical, and Security audits).

  • Maintain effective liaison with government bodies, BGMEA, and external agencies.

Corporate Governance

  • Maintain confidential HR data, HRIS & MIS reporting.

  • Develop management dashboards, periodic reports, and improvement strategies.

  • Drive continuous improvement and organizational excellence.

  • Any other task assigned by management.
