Education:

Additional Requirements:
- Age 25 to 40 years
3–7 years of experience as a Visual Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role.
Creative and innovative thinker.
Strong design sense with a clean and modern aesthetic.
Proactive, organized, and quality-focused.
Ability to interpret business needs into creative designs
Responsibilities & Context:
Branding & Visual Identity
Develop and maintain consistent brand visual identity across all platforms.
Create brand assets such as logos, icons, typography systems, and color palettes.
Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines.
Graphic & Digital Design
Design marketing materials including banners, social media graphics, presentations, brochures, and posters.
Create UI elements, infographics, and layout designs for websites, mobile apps, and digital ads.
Produce visually compelling content for campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
Creative Development
Translate marketing briefs into creative concepts and visual solutions.
Collaborate with content, marketing, product, and development teams to deliver complete design outputs.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
Production & Delivery
Prepare final designs and assets for print and digital production.
Ensure high-quality output, proper file formatting, and accurate specifications.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within deadlines.
Research & Innovation
Stay updated with design trends, modern styles, UI/UX best practices, and emerging tools.
Provide innovative design suggestions to enhance brand engagement.
Any other task assigned by management
