Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead team & take overall responsibility to maintain buyer standards/SOP in entire manufacturing process from samples to bulk shipments including, samples, fabric and accessories, cutting, sewing, finishing and packing to meet on time shipment schedule without fail.
∎ Responsible for buyers any quality inspection failing; final inspection, in-process/inline quality audit, and inspection. Review all inspection findings (in line/prefinal/final) and take corrective actions to eliminate re-occurrence.
∎ Achieve and maintain DHU percentage and final inspection pass rate as per set target.
∎ Guiding the team for machining concepts like Inspection, QMS, Statistical tools gauges, Quality standards and continuous improvement concepts.
∎ Working closely with Operation and Functional Teams to identify process bottlenecks, rectify the rejected products, analyze root cause and implement process improvements & taking sustainable corrective actions.
∎ Responsible for buyer quality claim and giving on-time feedback to buyer in any quality issue.
∎ Follow up & conduct a pre-production meeting, Pre- Final inspection, doing In-line inspection to check the quality, keep all necessary documents.
∎ Implement QC tools, lean manufacturing, and quality visualization
∎ To provide necessary approval in quality parameters such as print, embroidery, wash & as per required by the merchandising team / buyer.
∎ Responsible for all Technical Audit and implementation of buyer technical requirement.
∎ Developed and adopt new techniques and methodologies to increase the cost-effective production with buyer quality standards
∎ Identifying potential defects causing situations that will lead to challenges in meeting basic KPI's; Customer complaints, AQL levels pass or fail¸ Percentage Defective level, Defects per Hundred Units (DHU), Rework cost, Right First Time (RFT) Quality and monitor overall Quality team KPI.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Monitor technicians with checking patterns/specification and construction, identifying and resolving production impracticalities in an appropriately timely manner, and to make a final decision on quality according to company standards and requirements.
∎ Demonstrating discretion, confidentiality, diplomacy, integrity, honesty and openness
∎ Provide QMS & Technical Training to ensure quality products.
∎ Providing Team Leadership in the application of Lean & Six Sigma tools and Process Perfection methodology
∎ Correct quality/technical instruction are exhibited on each quality work stations.
∎ Risk analysis during sample making & before starting production
