Job Responsibilities:
∎ Greet and welcome guests as they come and go.
∎ Be professional and pleasant while interacting with guests.
∎ Handle queries and address complaints.
∎ Maintain corporate phone calls, take messages and pass them on to the receiver.
∎ Receive deliveries, packages, letters, CV's etc.
∎ Maintain corporate emails regularly.
∎ Maintain a visitor's logbook.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ The candidate should be smart to handle any difficult situation.
∎ The candidates should be highly motivated.
∎ Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
∎ The candidates should have problem-solving abilities with analytical skill.
∎ Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
∎ Good at multitasking, time management and organizational skills.
