Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achieve daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets.
∎ Prepare and implement the strategic plan to ensure sales growth.
∎ Visit distributor points regularly to check stock with software.
∎ Assess sales performance according to KPIs.
∎ Monitor competitor's activities and report to the Management.
∎ Work closely with Marketing Officers in the market.
∎ Find out outlets and markets that are out of coverage and ensure 100% coverage in the territory.
∎ Discover sales opportunities through consumer and customer research.
∎ Prepare and submit sales reports to the management.
