Job Responsibilities:
∎ Welcome all guests/visitors and respond to their queries by providing necessary information.
∎ Receive & maintain all documents and dispatch to the concerned end by keeping records.
∎ Handle all phone calls with greetings in a professional way and transfer the calls to the right person.
∎ Make arrangement so that official documents are received, registered and dispatched properly.
∎ Any other job assign by the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication skills both in English and Bengali.
∎ Should be smart & well groomed with pleasant personality.
∎ Computer literacy with Bengali & English typing is must.
∎ Looking be Smart and capable to represent for company.
