∎ Should have sound knowledge in automated biscuit production line etc.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Operate and monitor the forming equipment to shape biscuits according to production requirements.
∎ Adjust machine settings for different biscuit shapes and sizes.
∎ Inspect formed biscuits for defects and ensure consistency in shape and size.
∎ Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of forming equipment.
∎ Monitor dough feed and ensure smooth operation of the forming line.
∎ Record production data and report any malfunctions to the maintenance team.
∎ Follow safety, quality, and hygiene standards during operations.
∎ Any other kind of task that management may require to be done
