∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
FOOD AND BEVERAGE INDUSTRY
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread), Food (Packaged)/Beverage
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Testing of all Food Ingredients , Raw Materials and Packing Materials
∎ Analysis of Protein( nitrogen), Sugars, Total Ash ,Acid insoluble ash
∎ Evaluating the nutritional value, colour, flavour and texture of food
∎ Detail Chemical Analysis of all kinds of foods and its packing.
∎ Developing the ingredient specification.
∎ Database Management
∎ Lab Management
∎ Working closely with other food production staff including microbiologists, engineers, packaging specialists and buyers
∎ Investigating and setting standards for Food safety and Food quality
∎ Analysis of products to conform with government, consumer and industry standards.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Only smart, hardworking, innovative males are preferred.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
∎ Applicant having good hand writing preferred.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
∎ Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks.
∎ Applicant working in food research lab will be preferred.
∎ Applicant with speaking knowledge of Hindi/Urdu will be added advantage.
