Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor / Master in Analytical Chemistry/ Food Science/ Home Science from reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Analytical lab of national and international repute

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Testing of all Ingredients, Raw Materials and Packing Materials using HPCL.GC, SPM...etc.
∎ Analysis of Protein (nitrogen), FAT, Sugars, Total Ash, Acid insoluble ash.
∎ Evaluating the nutritional value, color, flavor and texture of sample.
∎ Database Management.
∎ Lab Management.
∎ Working closely with other staff including microbiologists, engineers, chemist.
∎ Analysis of products to conform with government, consumer and industry standards.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Only smart, hardworking, innovative males are preferred.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
∎ Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks.
∎ Applicant working in research lab will be preferred.
