Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in any discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to handle all activities related to Finishing.
∎ Participate to PP meeting to identify the risk of all new wash styles.
∎ Ensure all garments receiving to finishing according to plan.
∎ Ensure wash garments sending & receiving as per the plan.
∎ Make sure all built-in Quality processes are performing according to standard.
∎ Ensure quality, production and on time shipment as per plan.
∎ Follow up hourly production to make sure operation is running as per plan.
∎ Make sure to offer pre-final, Final & Customer inspection as per plan.
∎ Monitor the DHU report to identify the continues defects and work with respective Production team get the correctively.
∎ Work with respective cross functional teams on corrective actions of any failure found it above processes.
∎ Arrange and ensure all types of inspection including Inline inspection and ensure approval.
∎ Make sure there are no unplan OT due to operations issues.
∎ Maintain proper target Ratio.
∎ Develop and train finishing systems & methods.
∎ Maintain and monitor all the required reports that are relevant to the team and for the top management.
∎ Responsible to control absenteeism and labor turnover of both worker & staff by motivating them to come to work (With the support of HR team).
∎ Maintain proper KPI / DHU / MMR / SMV etc.
∎ Develop and execute a workflow plan that reflects the demand forecast.
∎ Manage the finishing production schedules to ensure maximum efficiency.
∎ Ensure accurate inventory control procedures.
∎ Direct the finishing supervisors and key operatives responsible for operating the finishing department.
∎ Directs finishing production activities to assure that products are produced within the established cost control and quality standards.
∎ Controls finishing operation costs within approved budgets by evaluating actual expenditures against budgeted costs, taking appropriate action by reducing all kind of production wastage.
∎ Evaluate staff performance, ensure floor discipline, housekeeping identify training needs and manage their career development.
∎ Ensure safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace and maintain a clean and tidy site.
∎ Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time.
