Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any Fashion design / Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textiles Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be willing to work for both International and Local brands
∎ We are looking for a fashion designer that can take Design Concept to a Product. Must have experience working with Complex products such as Jumpsuits and sportswear
∎ Making collection based on buyers requirements.
∎ Candidates must have fashion knowledge on variety.
∎ Work closely and directly with production house.
∎ Keeping up to date with emerging fashion trends as well as general trends relating to fabrics, colors and shapes.
∎ Responsibility of Hand Drawing, Cad Drawing Illustrations, Graphic Designs for Product Presentations & Sketches, Tech pack and measurement chart with grading.
∎ Understanding design from a technical perspective, i.e. producing patterns, toiles and technical specifications for designs;
∎ Sourcing, selecting and buying fabrics, trims, fastenings and embellishments;
∎ Ensure the timely and successful design and development of products in line with the customers' requirement.
∎ Adapting existing designs for mass production;
∎ Developing a pattern that is cut and sewn into sample garments and supervising the creation of these, including fitting, detailing and adaptations;
∎ Overseeing production
∎ Should have good sense of product quality, creativity, innovation, assembling and washing.
∎ Knowledge of garment production, fabric consumption and costing is an advantage.
∎ Has to have connections and access to multiple small factories.

∎ Good knowledge about graphics, fit and fabrics
∎ Must be able to develop patterns, fit and pre-production samples, etc.
∎ Should have vast knowledge about print and embroidery
∎ Should be able to oversee initial production process.
∎ Must have knowledge about new trends in fabrics, colors, shapes and fashions.
∎ Should be able to conceptualize design, and create high-quality visuals in a variety of formats including the effective use of color, form and composition.
∎ Be up to date with the present design/trend, learning artistic concepts and tools
∎ 3+ years of experience in garments product design.
∎ Strong proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD tools.
∎ In-depth knowledge of garment construction, patternmaking, and technical design.
∎ Demonstrated ability to translate fashion trends into marketable designs.
∎ Understanding of materials, trims, and production processes relevant to garment manufacturing.
∎ Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
∎ Leadership abilities with the capacity
