Practical work experience in freelancing marketplaces (online and offline)
Strong communication and presentation skills in both Bangla and English
Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse learners
Passion for teaching, mentoring, and digital trends
Proficiency in tools like Canva, Google Workspace, WordPress, etc.
Proficient in MS Office Package (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
Track record in working with curriculum and learning materials development

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital marketing campaigns and a strong desire to share knowledge with learners ranging from beginners to advanced professionals. This role involves designing and delivering comprehensive training sessions (online or offline), guiding students through practical projects, and helping them become job-ready for the competitive digital landscape in Bangladesh and beyond.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver training sessions on:
- SEO (On-page, Off-page)
- Google Ads & Facebook Ads
- Social Media Marketing
- Content Marketing
- Email Marketing
- Google Analytics & Reporting Tools
- Affiliate and Influencer Marketing
- Update training content as per latest industry trends and algorithms
- Mentor trainees with real-life projects and case studies
- Conduct assessments and provide constructive feedback
- Assist in building online course materials and e-learning modules (if required)
- Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Basic Video Editing
- Motivate trainees to attend the class
