Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
∎ Act as a strategic partner to leadership, providing insights and recommendations on HR trends and best practices to support business objectives.
∎ Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives.
∎ Oversee recruitment and selection processes to attract and retain high-performing talent with a focus on diversity and inclusion.
∎ Develop talent management and retention strategies, including employee engagement and career development programs.
∎ Ensure effective onboarding processes to integrate new hires successfully into the organization.
∎ Lead the performance management process, including setting objectives, monitoring performance, and fostering a culture of continuous feedback.
∎ Implement a fair and motivating rewards and recognition program to enhance employee satisfaction and productivity.
