∎ Minimum Bachelor Degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: Production

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee machine planning and execution
∎ Production of polybag, printed label & narrow fabrics
∎ Ensure quality systems and the procedures are followed to achieve required quality standards
∎ Provide required leadership in driving productivity saving projects to ensure better material utilization & achieve targeted productivity savings and scrap levels
∎ Take required decisions on Material and data related issues by working with other functional heads
∎ Make sure customer orders delivered as per the required lead time according to the given promise date
∎ Organize & utilize manpower capacity to maximum to ensure production targets are achieved on a day-to-day basis
∎ Achieve monthly average efficiency as per the business plan
∎ Cost control & waste management
∎ Make sure all machines are run with standard speed

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
