Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee the overall day-to-day production related issues (Metal Hardware products, especially for door and windows, such as Hinge, Tower Bolt, Drawer slide, etc.);
∎ Provide overall direction to production floor employees in the areas of production, scheduling, performance management, training and other related areas striving to improve overall operational efficiencies;
∎ Establish realistic and challenging production rates and communicating to operators and welders;
∎ Carry out daily inspection across the sections like Cutting, Punching, Bending, welding station, polishing, packing and warehouse in order to control the quality, quantity and product wastage;
∎ Drive the creation and implementation of strategic and tactical objectives as necessary for the plant to reach goals;
∎ Provide an atmosphere of continuous improvement, such as 5S methods and production flow;
∎ Troubleshoot production issues relative to production lines (mould or machine problems) and maintain minimal downtime;
∎ Maintain and ensure a routine preventive maintenance plan for all equipment (like Mould), machines and tools/forklift;
∎ Create production shifts that optimally utilize labor and capacity, responding to seasonality issues by adjusting headcount, workload or shifts accordingly;
∎ Monitor daily production performance report time-to-time to senior management;
∎ Ensure that the hourly/daily checks for production are documented properly;
∎ Work closely with the Senior Management Team to maintain a safe and highly efficient manufacturing environment;
∎ Ensure proper tools and/or parts or oil are available for use in the event they are needed;
∎ Set standards and implement all maintenance in area of responsibility, and developing and revising SOPs and ensure compliance;
∎ Review methods, processes, cost, labor, and machine utilization and recommending more efficient and economical methods and techniques;
∎ Maintain sufficient levels of all raw materials & planning inventory;
∎ Participate in new hiring, conducting performance reviews, initiating compensation changes, and other related tasks with HR department;
∎ Cooperate and coordinate with sales team and Accounts & VAT team as and when required;
∎ Communicate with the management time-time/ report to the management on weekly or monthly basis & forecasting stocks aligning with production plan;
∎ Act as an administrator and take measures for the overall factory safety and security;
∎ Develop a conducive factory environment and working process;
∎ Performing additional duties commensurate with the current role as assigned by the management.

∎ Age 33 to 40 years

∎ Essential to have at least 8-12 years' experience in a similar Metal Hardware / Metal Furniture/Sanitary Metal Products/ Metal Accessories (for Furniture, Door, and Window) making companies.
∎ Must have management experience in a manufacturing environment.
∎ Should have strong communication skill both in English and Bangla (Spoken & Written Skills).
∎ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Superior leadership and team building skills.
∎ Self-directed team player.
∎ Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills.
∎ Must have sound knowledge on Product Design, Machine, Mould, Product Quality, Production Lead time etc.
∎ Proficient in AutoCAD 2D/3D drawing and design
∎ Flexibility to work multiple shifts.
