Job Context:
∎ Ligion Herbal Limited is one of the renowned Cosmetics produce company in Bangladesh since 1995 . The above-mentioned position will be responsible to maintain the quality of the product and to supervise a quality inspector team according to standards.
∎ Ligion Herbal Limited is looking for proactive, qualified, and experienced individual for this position.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor overall factory operations
∎ Plan and organize production schedule
∎ Prepare report on -daily production, finished goods stock, and submit it to supervisor.
∎ Maintain stock of raw materials, chemicals, flavor & packing materials etc. for running production and ensure supply for the following day's production
∎ Ensure on-time delivery of finished products to distribution point
∎ Control and Co-ordinate activities of section in-charge, shift in-charge and supervisors
∎ Monitor product standards and implement quality-control programs
∎ Ensure that the production is cost effective
∎ Make sure health and safety guidelines are maintained all times in all places
∎ Ensure maximum utilization of manpower, machine, materials etc
∎ Check recipe consumption vs actual consumption
∎ Have to manage all sort of production related activities in the factory.
∎ Quality inspection during production to ensure the best quality of product.
∎ Regular assessment of factory workers for proper output of products.
∎ Strategic planning for development in production efficiency.
∎ Regular reporting of factory production and other factory related activities to authority.
∎ Keep account of all factory expenses including daily production cost.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have strong personality, proven leadership & trouble shooting skills & have capability to work under pressure.
∎ Should be good team player and target oriented.
∎ Should have good communication skill.
∎ Should be proactive, innovative and energetic.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 75000 - 85000 (Monthly)
∎ In the case of well-deserving candidates, an attractive salary package (Negotiable) will be offered including all other compensation and benefits as per company policy.
