∎ Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure, Analytical Skills, Database management, English as well as computer literacy

∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Dyeing Factory, Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan the yarn allocation as per Knitting SOP for internal & external factories.
∎ Plan the Fabrics dyeing as per Dyeing SOP for internal scope as well for the external factories.
∎ Must have managing capability for Monthly buyer wise fabrics Planning including knitting, Dyeing & up to finished fabrics delivery , as mandatory qualification .
∎ Must have good technical knowledge on all type of knitted fabrics.
∎ Ensure right quality & right quantity fabrics delivery to garments division.
∎ Should have capability for tracking on fabrics delivery lead time & maintain necessary reports regarding production and meet up shipment schedule .
∎ Responsible for assigned buyers fabrics quality forecasting & coordination.
∎ Prepare fabrics delivery Schedule to garments.
∎ Coordinate with Production & planning Team to ensure best productivity.
∎ Must have skills to ensure effective communication with supply chain team for smooth productivity.
∎ Continuous follow up on production performances and drive towards scheduled shipments.
∎ Coordinate with knitting , dyeing & garments division to ensure the process sequencing without any failure mode .
∎ Weekly fabrics knitting , dying & fabrics delivery plan.
∎ Prepare fabrics delivery Schedule to dyeing .
∎ Preparing reconciliation report for each of the orders.
∎ Close relationship with operational teams to ensure on time delivery of products & optimal utilization of equipment & manpower
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
