E-commerce
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work closely with the team to monitor and solve any kind of delivery/product related issues on daily basis
∎ Ensure maximum delivery success
∎ Submit daily reports
∎ Maintain proper communication with CX team
∎ Maintain good relation with Merchant
∎ Take necessary steps to resolve any missing parcel issue
∎ Coordinate with management and Hub Managers for any requirements or updates
∎ To ensure all parcels are received and delivered based on timelines
∎ Develop system/process by coordinating with management to clear backlog on daily basis
∎ Ensure the delivery success of high value products with priority
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Familiarity with ERP software will get preference.
∎ Should have Understanding of E-Commerce Fulfillment Process.
∎ Ability to take and handle stress and pressure
∎ Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
Salary: Negotiable
