Responsibilities & Context:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

  1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and selection.
  2. Conduct background checks and reference verification.
  3. Facilitate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS.

Employee Relations:

  1. Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
  2. Address and resolve employee queries and concerns in a timely manner.
  3. Assist in the implementation of employee engagement initiatives and programs.
  4. Facilitate communication between employees and management.

Performance Management:

  1. Support the performance appraisal process, including preparation, scheduling, and follow-up.
  2. Assist in identifying training and development needs for employees.
  3. Coordinate training sessions and monitor their effectiveness.

HR Operations:

  1. Manage employee lifecycle activities such as promotions, transfers, and exits.
  2. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  3. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  4. Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics for management review.
  5. Compensation and Benefits:
  6. Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
  7. Handle employee queries related to compensation, benefits, and leave management.
  8. Ensure timely updating of employee records related to compensation and benefits.

Compliance and Documentation:

  1. Maintain and update employee files and records in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  2. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  3. Assist in preparing reports and documentation for audits.
