Educational Requirements:
∎ Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) / B.Sc. in Animal Husbandry (B.Sc. in AH) from any Agricultural University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Broiler Farm Management, Commercial Broiler Sales, Parent Stock Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop comprehensive plan to accelerate Broiler Contract Farming business.
∎ Set targets and drive the team for achieving expected management goal.
∎ Run, maintain, lead, train and monitor the integration field force and sales team to convey profitability and potential growth about all aspects of contractual broiler farming and benefits to the targeted and potential farmers to bring new businesses.
∎ Mobilize and monitor the branch offices and its whole team for achieving expected goals.
∎ Provide necessary training, guidelines and proper assistance to the farmers to manage flock health, brooding & growing, feeding, nutrition factors, vaccination, medication, bio-security, ventilation, and other environmental aspects of farms to perform optimally and remain disease-free.
∎ Create and promote long term relationships with farmers to retain business and be aware of competitor's business strategy.
∎ Mobilize the sales team to acquire maximum profitability.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Must have vast knowledge on Parent Stock / Layer / Commercial Broiler farming.
∎ Should have good knowledge on Contract Farming.
Salary: Negotiable
