Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achievement of target sales volume, revenue and gross margin.
∎ Lead the execution on the sales growth, customer base and improving the organizational competitiveness to win at the market place.
∎ To prepare budget, sales and collection forecast, sales and collection performance, reviews & projections.
∎ Planning new product launches or other major events to promote brand awareness and increase sales.
∎ Maintaining relationship with all clients & influencers.
∎ Plan and achieve new customer network expansion target by monthly, quarterly, yearly with searching new customer.
∎ Collect market and competitor information which helps to take strategic decision for company and responsible for develop sales.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years

∎ The candidate should have the skill to work under pressure and persistence is essential. Thus it is crucial to continuously visit and convenience client and be able to work independently, staying motivated.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 50000 - 65000 (Monthly)
