Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in manpower planning, recruitment, selection & documentations,
∎ Prepare & supervise all HR-related letters such as appointment letters, job descriptions, letters of confirmation, and letters for enhancement, performance appraisal, induction & orientation, Id card etc.
∎ Handling employee grievances employee relations & counseling.
∎ Maintain proper BD Labor law practice.
∎ Maintain good environment in factory.
∎ Maintain factory cleanness.
∎ Maintain all factory worker personal files.
∎ Assist in the development of strategic HR Policy, Procedures & Guidelines.
∎ Establish appropriate HR processes and practices in the organization as per management's directives.
∎ Build and maintain effective operating relations with management and employees to provide advice and counsel to both employee-related and organizational matters.
∎ Protect the interests of employees and the company by Human Resources policies and governmental laws and regulations.
∎ Training and development-related processes to meet the ultimate goal of the organization.
∎ To provide administrative & Logistics support.
∎ Handling of factory attendance software & pay roll management.
∎ Any other job as assigned by the superior.
