Responsibilities & Context:
Production Planning.
Monitoring and controlling all production processes.
Following up on overall production.
Achieving production target.
Maintaining & controlling the daily operations.
Managing and controlling all production staff and getting their best output.
Ensuring quality of products.
Ensuring the safety of the workers.
Coordinating with factory Supply Chain to keep track of Raw Materials and Sales orders.
Maintaining Daily Work reports.
Maintaining factory compliance and keeping the factory ready for any visit.
Doing other work assigned by Superior.
