Job Context:
Tiger New Energy Co., Ltd. invites application from competent & potential talents for the position of "Financial Controller". This position will play a vital role in workplace. To meet the requirement of our demand, we need to fill up following vacancy immediately.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IFRS;
- Oversee daily recording following finance director's SOP;
- Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes;
- Process and record vendor invoices, ensuring timely payment of supplier invoices;
- Tracking outstanding debts;
- Issue customer invoices, track incoming payments;
- Monitor overdue accounts for collections;
- Process and record intercompany transaction and quarterly reconciliation;
- Cooperate with external audit;
- Prepare for audits, provide necessary documentation, and implement audit recommendations for compliance;
- Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity, forecasting cash needs and maintaining optimal cash levels;
- Manage the company’s financial assets, ensuring effective liquidity management for operations and growth.
