Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Commerce/BBA, Masters in Commerce/MBA.
∎ Partially qualified CA/ACCA or CMA will be an added advantage.

Job Context:
∎ A well reputed 100% export oriented Group of Companies (RMG) is looking for a skilled, dynamic and self-motivated individual for the position of Executive/Sr. Executive for its Finance & Accounts department.
∎ Job Location: Anywhere in Dhaka.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle day to day production income reports.
∎ Setting standard for materials, labor and overheads.
∎ Preparation of product costing, job costing & process costing.
∎ Product and style wise profitability analysis.
∎ Variance analysis for materials, labor and overheads.
∎ Prepare and maintain cash, bank and journal voucher.
∎ Posting day to day voucher to the Tally ERP software.
∎ Reconcile all ledger accounts in regular basis.
∎ Provide reports to the higher management regularly and prepare management reports.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 2 to 5 years (At least 1-year costing experience for any RMG industry).
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts/Finance and Costing/Internal Control
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): RMG, Group of Companies.
∎ Experience in Tally ERP will be a plus.
∎ Strong command over MS Office applications, Excel in particular.
∎ Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
∎ Individual should be smart, intelligent and proactive.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Education and others criteria may be relaxed for really deserving candidates.
