Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute merchandising strategies to ensure that the company's products meet market demands and align with the company's objectives. This includes selecting product assortments, pricing, and inventory management.
∎ Choose and curate a range of garments that will appeal to the target customer base. This involves market research, trend analysis, and vendor selection.
∎ Oversee the sourcing of materials and production processes to ensure timely and cost-effective garment production. This may involve working with domestic or international suppliers.
∎ Implement quality control measures to ensure that garments meet industry standards and customer expectations. This includes monitoring production processes and conducting quality checks.
∎ Manage stock levels and inventory turnover to minimize carrying costs while ensuring products are readily available for customers.
∎ Develop and execute pricing strategies to maximize profitability while remaining competitive in the market.
∎ Create and execute marketing plans that promote the company's products effectively. This includes advertising, promotions, and digital marketing.
∎ Maintain and enhance the company's brand image by ensuring that products are of high quality and consistently meet customer expectations.
∎ Oversee the sales and distribution channels to ensure products reach the target market efficiently. This may involve working with wholesalers, retailers, or e-commerce platforms.
∎ Develop strategies to engage and retain customers through loyalty programs, feedback mechanisms, and customer service initiatives.
∎ Continuously monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitors to make informed decisions and adapt strategies accordingly.
∎ Create and manage budgets for both merchandising and marketing activities, ensuring that they align with the company's financial goals.
∎ Build and lead a team of merchandisers and marketers, providing guidance, setting objectives, and ensuring collaboration and productivity.
∎ Regularly assess the performance of the merchandising and marketing departments, analyzing key performance indicators and making data-driven decisions.
∎ Ensure compliance with industry regulations, ethical standards, and any other legal requirements related to garments manufacturing and marketing.
∎ Identify and mitigate risks related to merchandising and marketing operations, including supply chain disruptions, market fluctuations, and customer satisfaction issues.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Priority will be given to those who can attract potential buyers.
∎ Good experience & expertise in Marketing will be preferred more.
∎ Strong command and Managing Materials.
∎ Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
∎ Individual should be smart, intelligent, and proactive.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
