Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Power technology, Mechanical or Electrical engineering from a recognized institution.

• Age 35 to 40 years
• Only Male

Repair and maintenance of all types of industrial sewing machines of all models.

Repairing all kind of sewing, pressing kits, folders and all types of gauges.

All sewing machine related spare parts, ability to prepare monthly spare parts requirements and good in inventory management.

Follow up preventive maintenance schedule with the team and minimize machine break down time with continuous follow up.

Identify and provide machine requirements for different kinds of Knit Garments products.

Ensure all electrical and mechanical equipment are in safe working order in line with organization's compliance regulations

Ensure all certificates of compliance are well maintained and up to date in accordance with Accord / Alliance.

Managing a team of multi-disciplined maintenance technicians

Controlling the maintenance expenditure with in the given budget and prepare month end financial reports

Follow up standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all areas of maintenance.

Identification, assessment, reporting and controlling of risk, associated with maintenance functions.

Evaluate staff performance, ensure floor discipline, identify employee's training needs and ensure their career developments.

Delegating the responsibilities among the team and following up the given tasks

Participating in senior management meetings.

Energy saving initiatives to minimize the energy consumption of sewing machines.
