Graduation from any reputed university. Academic Qualification may be relaxed for highly skilled candidates.

Knowledge about Cutting Production Plan, SOP of Cutting, GSM, Color card report, Panel cheek etc.

Monitor cutting production and ensure optimum utilization of man, machine and material in the cutting section.

Increase the productivity and reduce labor cost through updating the information.

Collecting cutting order and comments and filling it properly.

Responsible to ensure quality and timely feeding for production lines while closely liaising with merchandising, manufacturing and other cross functional teams.

Liaise closely with Planning and Sewing team and ensure all requirements are met to achieve the cutting plan. Liaison with concern PM/ Quality Manager/ Factory Head others for Day to Day work.

Problem faced on daily basis and giving target to the workers with the help of in-charge and supervisor.

Apply the cutting procedures and standards stated in the cutting agreement.

Requirement and implement the necessary procedures in the cutting department.

Ensure cost reduction by applying all technique to minimize marker wastage and reduce extra hour work.

Ensure to manage the consumption and wastages as per the budget given by merchandising department.

Monitor and ensure all quality parameters like consistent color and GSM of the cut panels which are going in the sewing line.

Lead safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace to ensure zero Non-Compliance.

Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy site.

Make the Cutting Plan as per Production Plan.
