• Have to be very good in English communication (both writing and speaking)

• Should have good command over MS Office program specially in MS Excel/Power Point and of course MS Word

• Should be a smart and positive thinker

• Should have good team building capacity

Candidate should be very good in English Communication

• Must be able to do costing independently.

• Should be competent to communicate with Buying House/Liaison Office, Factory people and other Department.

• Must be capable to deal with Buyers independently in fluent English for all the merchandising activities including marketing, sales, instant price quotation, negotiation and sourcing.

• Must be capable to arrange all kinds of yarns, fabrics & accessories both from local and foreign sources as required for sampling and production.

• Must be capable to act as a coordinator among all concerned parties with a view to ensure timely execution and shipments of order.

• Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.

• Able to manage and handle multiple accounts at one time.

• Able to bring new business in.Costing of Product/Garments; Coordinate with Factory team for better execution of Production.

• Ensure quality execution of orders up to shipment maintaining effective TNA

• Effective Follow up on materials inventory, production process, quality standards & team performance.
