• Strong leadership, team management, problem solving and multi tasking skill.

• Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members

• Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali

• Good knowledge & skills in computing

• Strong technical knowledge in Planning & it`s SOP

• Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame

• Good inter-personal & communication skills

• Need to have Strong knowledge/understanding of Planning

1. Should have an excellent Production Management capability

2. Responsible for effective Production planning

3. Follow up floors for effectively planning implementation

4. Order status monitoring & regularly scheduled meetings with merchandising & marketing for order planning

5. Building relationship with Merchandising department & production people for smooth operation

6. Ensure accurate & optimal capacity planning, while ensuring cost reduction & increased profitability

7. Manage production planning staff and scheduling of raw material to meet production schedules

8. Always be updated on production status whether it is meeting the production plan or not, if not then make a route cause analysis and give a quick solution for a smooth operation

9. Close relationship with operational teams to ensure on-time delivery of products & optimal utilization of equipment & manpower

10. Reviewing production plan with capacity & strength along with ensuring timely shipment target

11. Analyze and evaluation of production plans and present operational performances

12. Any other tasks assigned by the management from time to time.
