∎ Prior experience working in a group of companies, hospitality, or lifestyle industry is mandatory.
∎ Strong understanding of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR software systems (HRIS/HRMS).
∎ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
∎ Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Proactive and self-driven with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Handle end-to-end HR operations including Recruitment, Onboarding, Employee Documentation, Payroll Support, and Offboarding.
∎ Maintain and update employee records in the HRMS with accuracy and confidentiality.
∎ Ensure legal and regulatory compliance in all HR practices as per local labor laws.
∎ Coordinate and execute employee performance management and appraisal processes.
∎ Manage HR administrative tasks including leave, attendance, benefits, and policy implementation.
∎ Lead employee engagement initiatives and internal communication activities.
∎ Collaborate with department heads to support workforce planning, training, and development needs.
∎ Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies, SOPs, and organizational culture initiatives.
∎ Address and resolve employee relations issues professionally and effectively.
∎ Act as a liaison between management and employees, promoting a positive work environment.
∎ Job Summary: Cityscape Lifestyle Ltd seeking a highly capable and experienced Executive/Senior Executive – Human Resources to manage and oversee the full spectrum of HR operations. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in HR, particularly in a group of companies, hospitality, or lifestyle industry. This role requires someone who can independently handle all HR functions and day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and employee satisfaction.
