Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Executive/Jr. Executive – Sales Force Recruitment to join our team!
This position will be dedicated to Sales Forces Recruitment and will play a crucial role in managing high-volume hiring across regions. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in conducting Walk-in Interviews and managing regional recruitment activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Walk-in Interviews for recruiting Sales Forces across multiple locations.
Coordinate and conduct Campus Recruitment drives and Job Fairs.
Manage Regional Orientation & Joining processes to ensure smooth onboarding of Sales Forces.
Maintain an active candidate pipeline and ensure timely recruitment closures.
Collaborate closely with HR and Regional Sales teams to align manpower needs.
Support employer branding and other recruitment initiatives as required.
