Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Executive/Jr. Executive – Sales Force Recruitment to join our team!

This position will be dedicated to Sales Forces Recruitment and will play a crucial role in managing high-volume hiring across regions. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in conducting Walk-in Interviews and managing regional recruitment activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Walk-in Interviews for recruiting Sales Forces across multiple locations.

  • Coordinate and conduct Campus Recruitment drives and Job Fairs.

  • Manage Regional Orientation & Joining processes to ensure smooth onboarding of Sales Forces.

  • Maintain an active candidate pipeline and ensure timely recruitment closures.

  • Collaborate closely with HR and Regional Sales teams to align manpower needs.

  • Support employer branding and other recruitment initiatives as required.
