Responsibilities & Context: Responsibilities & Context:
We are seeking an Executive-Welfare to coordinate employee requirements, implementing company welfare policies into practice, offering assistance and guidance, serving as a liaison between management and staff, and preparing records and reports concerning compliance and welfare matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain welfare activities as per Labor Law.
- Handle grievance and disciplinary issues of workers.
- Ensure workers’ health, safety and hygiene facilities.
- Arrange training, awareness sessions and welfare programs.
- Maintain liaison with management and workers to solve welfare issues.
- Maintain proper documentation and compliance requirements.
