Additional Requirements:
- Age At least 22 years
Good knowledge of embroidery design software (Wilcom, Tajima, etc.)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Good team management capability.
Responsibilities & Context:
1. Develop new embroidery designs for R&D.
2. Work with buyers and marketing team to develop innovative samples.
3. Prepare design files and ensure design accuracy for production.
4. Research new embroidery trends and techniques.
