Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive Parts and Components that released from port.
∎ Enter received items in SAP as per procedure.
∎ Issue requirement of Parts and Components consignments model & color wise daily as per production plan.
∎ Ware House space management and maintain proper ware house mapping.
∎ Prepare inventory report daily basis and do a physical inspection Monthly, Quarterly and yearly.
∎ Daily follow up production plan and develop communication with commercial and marketing department. Accordingly arrange shifting to Manufacturing Plant.
∎ Manage transport and movement to be recorded and the Issue bill and demand.
∎ Update stock of P&C into SAP as follow on route, port, LC opened, dispatched from TVSM.
∎ Inventory management by maintaining FIFO and Stock Ageing.
∎ Ensure Stock accuracy by periodic stock verification.
