∎ Minimum Bachelor's degree in Social Science, or any other discipline
∎ Age Group: Maximum 45 years (age may be relaxed for the highly deserving candidate)
∎ Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in conducting training sessions in public health projects
∎ Working experience to conduct training or work in a training team will be preferable, good facilitation and presentation skill, Proficient in Microsoft power point

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The incumbent will work as a team member of SMC  vision screening project.
∎ The position will assist Deputy Manager-Vision Screening  for capacity development of SMC’s Blue star network providers on vision screening through organizing and implementing training programs effectively.
∎ S/he will facilitate basic and refresher training on vision screening for the selected Blue star providers.
∎ The position will also follow up providers after training, assess further training need.
∎ S/he will play a key role in providing support to ensure the successful implementation of the project activities.
∎ This position needs extensive travel within the country for at least 70% of his/her time for facilitating training session outside his/her base station.
∎ S/he will monitor and provide onsite technical support to BSP outlets for effective implementation of Vision Screening project of SMC.
