∎ Skills Required: Excelent computer skill, Excellent communication and presentation skills, Positive attitude, Strong Business Acumen, Strong interpersonal skill
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Training & Development, Training Coordination, Training Facilitation, Training need analysis
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure adherence to timelines with respect to standard HR practices;
∎ Maintain systems, processes and documentation to ensure delivery and effectiveness of administrative processes and procedures;
∎ Analyse, review and implement changes to improve efficiency where appropriate Respond to standard inquiries and resolves complaints with respect to HR;
∎ Arrange logistics for training programs as per calendar;
∎ Receive certification on training programs and conduct them for managers and below;
∎ Manage the periodic training need identification process for the group;
∎ Support collection of data for training need evaluation;
∎ Support coaching and mentoring process as required;
∎ Monitor attendance of nominated employees and highlight absenteeism;
∎ Prepare MIS for various training metrics;
∎ Support program design as required;
∎ Track regularity and effectiveness of sessions conducted by the appointed coaches and mentors.

∎ Age 25 to 35 years
