- Performing the recruitment procedure for new employees according to company needs.
- Responsible for drafting, documenting, filing, and arranging data as required by the company.
- Perform regular HR Operations and Organizational Development (OD) Implementation work to ensure seamless business operations.
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and overall workplace culture.
