Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Work with department heads to define qualifications for the vacancy.
∎ Utilize various outreach methods to create a talent pool.
∎ Researching the competitive talent market to find relevant audiences.
∎ Candidate calling and assist to set up an interview.
∎ Assist for Creating the employee value proposition through various digital platforms.
∎ On-board the chosen applicant.
∎ Maintain a backup database of talent and resources.
∎ Post open positions, schedule all interviews and follow up with all candidates; you enjoy executing the details to support the candidate experience.
∎ Represent Dekko Legacy Group by telling our story, sharing the unique opportunity of each role, and guiding the candidate through the interview process.
∎ Work closely with Talent Acquisition Team.
∎ Assist to develop communication campaigns to support the talent recruiting strategy and drive candidate attraction and engagement through social media, events, and other channels.
∎ Create, uncover and articulate personal and inspirational employee stories to support the employer brand
