∎ MBA major in HRM /Masters in any discipline from any reputed institute with PGD in HRM

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Train marketing & sales team
∎ Conduct initial need analysis to determine knowledge gaps and training needs (TNA)
∎ Develop content for in-house training
∎ Design annual/monthly training calendar and ensure training accordingly
∎ Develop and deliver training modules across various categories - soft skills, functional skills, technical skills, behavior and motivational skills, Modern Selling Skills
∎ Organize orientation Training for new employees
∎ Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly and annual training reports

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience Requirements: 2-3 years experience in similar position in a reputed organization
∎ Additional Requirements:
∎ Adequate knowledge on MS Office applications. Being able to research, develop, analyze, and advise
∎ Good communication skills in English & Bengali
∎ Strong presentation skills
∎ Self-motivated
