Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Partner with manpower planning and operations teams to meet staffing needs
∎ Source, screen, and interview candidates for cultural and skill fit
∎ Oversee the entire recruitment process, including onboarding
∎ Handle background checks, documentation, database management, and bank processing
∎ Act as the HR operations SPOC, ensuring smooth communication with operations
∎ Ensure a positive candidate experience with timely updates and feedback
∎ Enhance recruitment efficiency through best practices and employer branding
∎ Use various channels, including social media, to attract talent
∎ Develop and implement employee engagement programs to boost retention
∎ Conduct surveys, gather feedback, and improve employee morale
∎ Facilitate onboarding and manage employee recognition programs
∎ Work with management on competitive compensation and benefits.
∎ We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive/Sr. Executive – Talent Acquisition, specializing in recruitment and employee engagement, to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, mostly for store-level employees, ensuring the acquisition of top talent and enhancing workplace culture through effective engagement initiatives.
