Responsibilities & Context:
1. Products
Ensure to make great pizza and other menu items in line with latest Job Aids.
Practice and ensure proper dough management with PRP (pre-rush prep).
2. Service
Always greet the customer, smile with enthusiasm and ensure customer satisfaction.
Make sure store always achieve HTA standards
Take customer order and ensure to follow proper order taking etiquettes.
3. Image
Ensure to wear complete uniform and follow proper grooming and personal hygiene standards.
Ensure to maintain cleanliness of exterior and interior of the store.
Practice clean as you go always.
4. Food Safety
Practice proper hand washing, wearing aprons and hand gloves before making products
Ensure to clean and sanitize every 2 hours for equipment’s and utensils or as needed.
Ensure to follow FIFO (First in First Out) and make sure to identify and inform management on expired products for discard.
Monitor equipment temperatures; inform management regularly and make sure to practice municipality and food safety guidelines.
Make sure practice and always ready the 3 C sink set up (wash, rinse, sanitize).
5. Safety & Loss Prevention
Always adhere to personal and store safety guidelines.
Ensure proper cash handling and be aware on how to detect fake bills.
6. Others
Perform other functions that may be assigned from time to time.
