Responsibilities & Context:
Manage end-to-end operations of multiple Domino’s Pizza Stores (dine-in, takeaway, delivery)
Ensure SOP, food safety, hygiene, and brand compliance across all assigned stores
Conduct regular store visits, audits, and shift checks
Maintain operational readiness (staffing, equipment, inventory)
Monitor and improve customer experience and service quality
Drive sales targets and same-store growth at cluster level
Control food cost, labor cost, delivery cost, and wastage
Ensure accurate inventory management and stock control
Execute local store marketing (LSM) to boost sales
Hire, train, and develop store leadership and delivery teams
Improve productivity, attendance, and employee engagement; reduce attrition
Ensure compliance with audits, policies, cash handling, and security
Track performance and use data to improve operational outcomes
Share regular performance reports (weekly/monthly)
