• Professional certification or training in Supply Chain Management with a focus on procurement functions is preferred.

• Procurement & Sourcing

• ERP Operation (LOGIC ERP preferred)

• Price Negotiation

• Import/Export Documentation

• Stock & Inventory Coordination

• Freight & Shipment Handling

• Communication & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Source trims, accessories, and packaging from local and international suppliers.
• Develop materials and onboard new suppliers at competitive prices.
• Evaluate and enlist vendors in ERP after proper verification.
• Handle RFQs, price negotiations, and CS approval for new materials.
• Ensure timely bulk deliveries by coordinating with suppliers, merchandising, and store teams.
• Submit Proforma Invoices and documents via ERP for audit clearance.
• Coordinate with commercial team on LC, TT, FDD, RTGS, etc.
• Manage freight & forwarding for imported goods under FOB/EXW terms.
• Resolve order issues in collaboration with merchandising and store.
• Coordinate with MIS team for ERP (LOGIC) support.
• Handle EPZ supplier dealings and related export/import documentation.
