Job Responsibilities:
∎ Independently execute Leather product development, understand latest fashion trends, and develop customer specific collections
∎ Ensure smooth communications with customers and suppliers on day-to-day merchandising activities and approvals
∎ Understand customer requirements and closely work with the design team to manage the correct samples within time and quality
∎ Set priorities, develop a work schedule, monitor progress towards goals, and track details, data, information, and activities
∎ Ensure production and samples follow up with factories and related procedures
∎ Communicate with buyers on day-to-day merchandising activities and approvals
∎ Prepare the QA files for on-time handover, accessories, and (both overseas and local)
∎ Prepare to cost sheets with all the necessary breakdowns from factories
∎ Arrange quality testing for customer approval
∎ Work closely with the R&D and suppliers ahead of design packs to develop and finishes to reduce lead time
∎ Place forwarder booking through logistics and monitor the shipment of the products
∎ Understand ethical behavior and business practices and ensure own behavior and the behavior of others is consistent with these standards and aligns with the values of the organization.
