Responsibilities & Context:
Provide technical support for Attendance Machines, Door Access Control, IP Phone Systems, Wireless Routers, Print Servers & Photocopiers.
Configure, monitor & troubleshoot CCTV systems and ensure daily backup reports.
Set up and maintain network connectivity (WAN & LAN) and related infrastructure.
Manage email accounts, user data backups & PST files, ensuring data security and integrity.
Perform structured cabling for new users and assist with online UPS & power backup systems.
Coordinate with Internet Service Providers (ISPs) to resolve network-related issues.
Train users on new software and technology.
Maintain and update IT asset inventory & software licenses across all sites.
Provide technical guidance & problem-solving support to end users.
Manage the configuration and troubleshooting of networking devices.
Collaborate with the Group IT team on infrastructure development projects.
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and networking systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues (hardware, software, network).
Ensure smooth operation of internet, email, and office IT services.
Regularly back up data and maintain IT security protocols.
Prepare and present analytical IT reports to management when required.
Perform other IT-related tasks as assigned by the Department Head.
