Experience:
Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, employer branding, and workforce planning.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to handle multiple hiring projects and work under tight deadlines.
To develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract, engage, and retain top talent.
To manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, reference checks, and onboarding.
To collaborate with department to identify manpower needs and create job descriptions aligned with business goals.
To maintain and manage employee files, recruitment records, and compliance documents.
To manage attendance, leave, payroll inputs, Clearance and employee data within HRMS.
To ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and internal HR policies.
To contribute to HR audits, manpower planning, and policy implementation.
