Job Responsibilities:
∎ This position has overall responsibility to manage HR & Admin functionalities, responsibilities and keep up to date all the regular activities and execute HR functions assigned to him/ her.
∎ Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
∎ Check and monitor staffs and employees and leaving time to duties by office rules and systems and take appropriate disciplinary action in case of violation.
∎ Maintain and update all employee information, files and documents.
∎ Prepare Job description & Job Specification of employees.
∎ Prepare compensation / Benefits/ Attendance/Leave Management.
∎ Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.).
∎ Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.).
∎ Maintain records and compiled statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, and performance appraisal.
∎ To assist in recruiting people.
∎ Prepare and maintain payroll-related records and reports.
∎ Performing other HR-related issues assigned by the management.
∎ Any other work assigned by the Management.

∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Must looking be Smart and capable for representing Group of the company.
∎ Good communication skills both in English and Bengali
∎ Computer literacy will be an added advantage.
